Mr. Velomar Gonçalves Rios, Mayor of Catalão (Goiás State, Brazil), and his delegation paid a special visit to Jiangyin Hengtong Electrical Co., Ltd. Mr. Wu Yi, Chairman of the company, explained the production processes of transformer cores and motor stator/rotor cores to the delegation. He elaborated on the craftsmanship of each process in detail, from raw material incoming inspection, slitting, stamping, annealing to packaging. The delegation affirmed the company’s full-process craftsmanship, frequently consulting technical staff on details such as process accuracy, operation and maintenance of automated equipment, and environmental protection and energy consumption control, while speaking highly of the intelligent management and control level of the production line.
During the exchange seminar, the two sides held in-depth discussions on multi-dimensional topics: Combining the current trends in global trade rule adjustments, Director-General Yang Yongxin offered suggestions for the company’s international trade layout, guiding it to optimize cross-border supply chains and reduce trade barriers by leveraging WTO rules, and also pointed out the demand orientation of the international market for high-end motor components. Based on Catalão’s industrial supporting resources and the market characteristics of the South American region, Mayor Velomar Gonçalves Rios explored cooperation channels and localized adaptation paths for Jiangyin Hengtong’s products to enter Brazil and neighboring countries.
Meanwhile, the company showcased its independent innovation achievements in high magnetic density core materials, core components of micro intelligent motors, etc., and detailed its R&D investment ratio, patent layout in recent years, as well as the progress of trade expansion in Southeast Asian and European markets.
This inspection not only enabled all parties to gain an intuitive understanding of the company’s production operations and technical strength, but also built a practical communication bridge for Jiangyin Hengtong to connect with international resources and expand into the South American market through precise supply-demand matching, laying a solid foundation for subsequent transnational industrial cooperation.
